The Difference Between Premium and Luxury Homes

There are endless choices when it comes to buying homes. Where some flats in BKC offer a unique set of amenities, another offers uniquely designed configurations. But in the end, all homes differ. Though, there still are many people who see premium and luxury homes within the same bracket when in actuality, they aren’t the same. The confusion is understandable what with the presence of advance features in both premium and luxury residential properties.

Premium homes are properties that cater to a niche target audience. These homes are mostly equipped with distinct features that may not be found elsewhere. One such example is the laundromat in Omkar Vive, one of the residential projects in BKC by Omkar Realtors.

Luxury homes, though, go beyond the high-end bracket. These homes are exclusively only for those who can afford a great deal of luxury. Usually, the number of buyers is pretty low. Such residential projects may have the same features but they’re far more elaborate and ornate.

Here’s a table below that shows more distinguishability:

Aspects
Luxury projects
Premium projects
Target audience
The percentage of TG is lower as only a selective number of people can afford such properties
The TG mostly comprises only those who dabble into niche and unique features
Communication
Polished language and elegant images are usually used to share project information
It’s a very selective communication. The information will have a tone that will appeal specially to them.
Price
Because of the features of the homes and even the reputation of the brand, the prices are exorbitant
Though not highly expensive, it is few notches higher that compact residences.

Whether they’re premium 2 BHK flats in BKC or luxury duplexes in Worli, Mumbai’s real estate is a trichotomy of compact, premium and luxury homes. And since Mumbai is one the major cities of a diverse and metropolitan populous, it’s a great thing, since there are homes for everyone.
